So I got to thinking: what better way to think about Spring and the warmer weather, than by thinking about some fun and bright themes!
With a little inspiration from pictures (and of course my daughter's favourite: Strawberry Shortcake) I pulled this idea/inspiration board together and had a ton of fun!
It picked me right up and started the creative juices flowing!

I love the idea of playing a theme right through your whole event. I love incorporating different strawberry teas, tarts, drinks, and jams into the menu. Even serving them on pink or red glass!
For the decor, I loved pretty patterns like small roses, or colourful polka dots and stripes! Both fun and sophisticated at the same time.
I LOVE these polka dots heels, and think they would compliment these knee-length dresses so well-and of course a handpicked strawberry bouquet!!
